Discretely set back from the road this new build house opens up to a large open plan interior over 3 floors overlooking the large south facing rear garden.  The entrance hall features a cantilevered stair, a ribbon of glass extending through the full height of the building and a large roof window enhance the open feel 

The compact site presented construction challenges including the construction of a contiguous pile retaining structure to the basement
