Totteridge Park Restoration
The restoration of Grade II Listed Totteridge Park has taken just over two years in planning and build. Project Manager Hilary Scott of Lifehouse Projects said "the team behind the restoration have realised our vision of recreating this iconic, landmark building, featuring a wealth of original features. The project was led by architect, Will Moses of CSM+Architects. Main contractors, Sullivan Brothers were appointed to deliver the contract over an 18 month build program"
"The work is of the highest quality. This is clear in every detail you see, from the beautifully restored decorative plaster work to the solid pewter ironmongery and the magnificent period fireplaces. Everything in the building has been thoughtfully selected. Now fully restored and standing in 5.5 acres of landscaped gardens, with a main lawn, a wide variety of mature trees and shrubs, extensive terraces along the rear of the property, and a secret garden, Totteridge Park is a secluded and private oasis and truly one of a kind"
